REC program

General Information

Come join the fun this Spring and sign up for the MN Rush REC League. We offer Pre K(age 4)-K, 1st/2nd grade, 3rd/4th grade and 5th/6th grade leagues for both genders. Grades Pre K thru 2nd will be all in house- no travel required. We hope grades 3 thru 6 will get enough participates to make a Winona league, but if not these teams will travel to Rochester 3 times a session. Practices are 1-2 times a week (depending on age) and games are on Saturdays.

This is a volunteer based program- all coaches are volunteers. Some coaches will have soccer experience and others will not. Our full time coaching director will work and guide each coach.

Players should be registered based on the grade that they will be in for the 2023-2024 school year.

Practice Nights

Pre K - K will practice Mondays

Grades 1-6 will practice M/W

Times are typically 530pm or 630pm. Times will be determined by the coach.

All practices will be held at LaCanne Park

Pre K thru 2nd grade will play all games in Winona on Saturdays- No Game May 25th

Grades 3-6 will travel to Rochester 3 times during he season if we do not get enough interest to make an inhouse league.

Dates

The dates for the 2024 Spring Rec season are:

Practices will officially start the week of April 15th (some teams may optionally start practices the week before and conclude the week of June 3rd

The first games will be on April 27th

Games in Rochester- May 4th, 18th, June 1st

The last game for all teams will be June 15th

No Games for all levels May 25th

and No Games May 18th in Winona for PreK-2nd grade

Cost

Registration
Grade Pre -K/K = $50
Grades 1-6 = $60

Financial aid is available. It is located on the page when you begin your registration- click on club programs, and then at the top you will see Financial Aid- fill out the information and submit.

Players should be registered based on the grade that they will be in for the 2023-2024 school year.

Deadline to register - March 2nd for grades 3-5; April 9th for grades K-2 or unless FULL
