2024 SPRING SELECT PROGRAM

General information

The Rush Select Program is the club’s highest level for U15 and older. The Club has rebranded our year round programs to fall in line with National Rush and their select programs. The Academy and Elite programs will now be called Rush Select with emphasis on the building steps to the college ranks as well as Rush regional and national select teams.

Highlights of the program will be as follows:

– Free College Fit Finder account

– Two-Three training session per week outdoors and one - two training indoor sessions starting in December

– League games (games can be scheduled at any time), tournaments and showcases. This will be a hybrid model. ** At the time of this posting, all male teams will continue to play in the TCSL League and all female teams will continue to play in MYSA League. We will continue to evaluate the best option for our teams as the year progresses.

– A College advisory program and access to our director.

MN Rush Select is designed for players who are fully committed to playing soccer. The expectation is that players will attend all training and games throughout the course of the season. If a player is a multi-sport athlete, we ask that they discuss their potential conflicts with their coach. Generally, practices are held after HS sport practices, and games can be rescheduled to any day of the week. Players having unexcused absences will affect playing time.

Practice Location

The intent is to have all Rush Select team practice at Withers Soccer Complex- sometimes this does not work out. Practice days / times will be determined once we know the game nights from MYSA / TCSL. All Select teams will practice 2-3 times a week once outside.

Dates

The season will run December-through July. Once we have confirmation dates for indoor times we will communicate this with all the families. ** Teams in TCSL could potentially start late November

Cost

Expected cost is $995- this is yet to be determined as each select team can be in a different league with different requirements. We will do our best to have a solid answer on cost before teams are announced.

This cost includes the following:

- Indoor training

- Outdoor training

- League membership

- Player Secondary Insurance

- Coaching Pay

- $2100 Tournament allotment per team

- Office Expenses

** Please note- Financial aid is available for any family- please fill out the financial aid request when completing the registration

** Payment plan is available and strongly encouraged. The 1st installment of $50 will be withdrawn when you register. The remaining amount of $945 will be spread out over 7 months (November-May) with each payment coming out on the 1st of the month.

Uniforms

For Fall 2023 we will be entering into a new 2 year uniform cycle. All players will be need to buy a new uniform. You will receive the instructions on how to order once you register. Rough cost is $170.
